| Chart of Accounts | Allows the user to add/edit or delete the chart of accounts for the accounting system |

| Default Accounts | This section allows the user to setup the accounts for automated accounting in the system. It sets up the accounting system so that certain functions in the software will automatically credit or debit accounts based on the activity. |
| Accounts Payable | Accounts payable allows the user to create AP's for purchase orders in the system. |
| Bank Deposits | Allows the user to record bank deposts in the system. |
| General Ledger | The general ledger allows the user to view all accounting transactions in the system. This is a read only report but it can be exported into a CSV file. |
