AppSoftPro AV© Quality and Safety section allows the user access to the following items:
- Warranty Disposition
- Incident Reports
- Audit Types
- Audit Schedule
| Warranty Disposition | If a work order discrepancy is marked as a warranty item the warranty disposition is created in the system to allow the user to track that warranty item. |

| Incident Reports | This section allows you to create and monitor incident reports that have been created due to issues within your company, such as accidents and injuries. |
| Audit Types | This section allows you to add audit types that are used when creating an audit/audit schedule. These audit types also allow you to add steps that are required to do the audit |
| Audit Schedule | This section allows you to create an audit and schedule that audit. You also can enter the audit findings and add auditors. |
